We had a great experience with Jose and his team at Golden Roofing & Remodeling. They replace our roof, siding, gutters, screen door, and garage doors. Each step of the way he made sure that the crew was doing all the little things right and asked me how i would like them to approach the task. He was always quick to respond to questions and let me know the timing of when things would be happening. If you are filing an insurance claim, i would recommend having him there with the adjuster. He was awesome at advocating for us and helping maximize the value of our claim. I am already planning my next project and plan to use them again.
Big hail storm in our neighborhood. Jose stopped by after completing work down the street. I told him my insurance company had denied our hail claim. He said that he could see damage and asked me if I would be willing to call them again and refile the claim. This time, he wanted to be onsite when they came out. I told him sure, but unless they cover the cost of my roof I'm not paying anything and I have zero time to put in any effort for anything. He assured me he would take care of everything, and just asked me to commit that if he's able to get the roof replaced we would go with him. I told him, "of course." I copied Jose on an email with my provider, and after that he literally did everything. I didn't lift a finger. He was a treat to deal with and I would tell anyone to absolutely call these guys if you think your roof may need replacing. PS - their work crew was A+ as well. Great job
Jose did just what he said he would promptly and well. His crew did a good job and left a neat and clean installation. Jose actually did show up at the job site unlike the last roofing contractor who I never saw from the time the order was signed until the time he came for the check. This may be a bit of an opinion but it seemed to me that Jose showed up to make sure his crew had everything they needed rather than show up to make sure they were actually doing things correctly. Good boss good crew good experience overall. I would have no hesitation recommending Golden Roofing and Remodeling! FWIW, in my younger years I used to do my own roofing so I know very well what it takes to do a good job
